Kohl-rabi Salad
Easy and fresh. Serves 2 as side salad.
Ingredients
1-2 medium size kohl-rabi
2-3 tbl spoons of good quality sunflower oil (not cooking oil!)
salt to taste
Preparatoin
Grate kohl-rabi on a large grater. Add sunflower oil and salt. Mix together.
Serve in a separate dish or on side of plate.
